Terms and Conditions of Boon Dee Moo Ka Ta's All-You-Can-Eat Service
TIME LIMIT
90 min time limit per table. A 30% surcharge will be applied to parties staying beyond the time limit.
FOOD WASTE
Please do not take more food than you can eat, leftovers can not be taken home. A 30% surcharge per table for excessive food left over will be applied.
NO SHARING
We do not allow sharing of food between tables or with other guests. All items ordered are for the exclusive consumption of the table that placed the order.
NO TAKEOUT
We do not offer takeout for any of our all-you-can-eat items. Any leftovers must be consumed on the premises or disposed of properly.
NO WASTE
We encourage our guests to take only what they can eat and avoid wasting food. Any excessive waste may result in additional charges.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Any additional items ordered outside of the all-you-can-eat menu will be charged separately.
CHILDREN
Children 4-7 years old are charged at a reduced rate. Children under 3 years old eat for free.
BEVERAGES
Beverages are available for purchase separately.
RESERVATION
We strongly encourage our guests to make a reservation in advance, as our all-you-can-eat service is subject to availability.
DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
LIABILITY
Boon Dee Moo Ka Ta is not liable for any injury or damage sustained by guests while on the premises.
